Hal was great, and I worked there when his kids were taking over. Heidi and Chip were phenomenal leaders. My direct supervisor, Tom, was the best boss I have ever had, and he taught me everything about what it takes to be a good leader and customer service. There was a good work/life balance and they were understanding when you had things come up. I liked going to off-site jobs, i.e. school events, sports photography, graduations.
