      Majority of people are fun to work with and became friends outside of work

      Cons

      low salary that you are essentially locked into once you sign, barely cost of living increases, more responsibility added with no pay increase

      Pros

      Office is right in the middle of King West neighborhood and is an open brick and beam design. Young energetic colleague's that are always willing to help tackle challenges.

      At times execution of innovative concepts take longer than they should.
