Pros

Fresh food, fast, and convenient! Clean restrooms.

Cons

Staff members often use inappropriate language in front of guests, which is unprofessional behavior. This issue should be addressed in the employee handbook, with clear rules prohibiting the use of offensive language. Additionally, it’s important to note that each Warehouse (WH) has an assigned unit manager, but only a small percentage hold their staff accountable for their actions. Many warehouses are outdated and in need of renovations; however, since these updates would impact costs and potentially bonuses, they are unlikely to happen unless there is a significant decrease in performance incentives. This could lead to a drop of $10,000 to $20,000 in base pay, given that employees have the potential to earn between $60,000 and $114,000 annually, including bonuses..

Pros

Solid pay for the industry Okay benefits Employee stock purchase plan Pretty consistent hours The actual work is difficult, but fun after you get good at it. Upward momentum is difficult, but the pay scales very well if you work your way up into management. Prepare for intense work if you do though.

Cons

They hire everyone, and your team will make or break your experience. Genuine safety concerns on 3rd shift. You need to be prepared for people to act out. Senior management only have operation management skills. They are not good "people" managers at all. Only "number" managers.
