Pros

Nothing, worse job ever. Dont waste you life here 24hrs a day you can be called back to work anytime.

Cons

No Holidays off, your never off work, and you are bothered on your days off.... every Friday an Saturday you have to come back to the Unit at 9pm just to do a Drawer change. They have no problem charging you with shortages and your pay is unstable.... pay plans change every 2/3 months... the stock plan is robbery dont fall for it ... its just another way for them to put money in the companys pocket and out yours..... They only try to recruit people fresh out of college that arent used to making that little bit of pocket change theyre offering so they jump into salary because its more than what theyre used to. Many companies pay more with a better work like balance... you'll never have a Holiday off and on the slower shifts and holidays the hourly employees will call off work last minute since they only make around 3/hr which in return forces you to work a double just to staff your store or make a bunch of cold calls to other managers seeing if they have people trying to pick up hours which takes you from your family .... worse job ever

Pros

Solid pay for the industry Okay benefits Employee stock purchase plan Pretty consistent hours The actual work is difficult, but fun after you get good at it. Upward momentum is difficult, but the pay scales very well if you work your way up into management. Prepare for intense work if you do though.

Cons

They hire everyone, and your team will make or break your experience. Genuine safety concerns on 3rd shift. You need to be prepared for people to act out. Senior management only have operation management skills. They are not good "people" managers at all. Only "number" managers.
