      They are flexible with your time if you need to take time off. They are considerate of your work load before assigning you more. Staff is all really friendly and welcoming. It is very fast paced so be ready.

      Pros

      I love that I work fully remotely and I am able to be a working mom comfortably. I have also been a paralegal for 10 years and I really appreciate the commodore we have. We have regular paralegal roundtables where Amiel Wade checks in with all of the paralegals and asks how the firm can improve and asks about any issues we have come across. We also have a group chat where we just post the random questions that we come across throughout the day and I have never seen a question unanswered. Although we work remotely, I believe we work as a team.

      Cons

      I do not have much to complain about. If there are ever any issues, they are addressed at the roundtables and resolved.
