Poor training. Equipment needs updating.Management more interested in profits than employees welfare. Most dont pull their weight spend all day messing around leaving others to do the work. Unrealistic deadlines and targets. Find any excuse to get rid of you if you don’t fit in or have your own opinion -management won’t listen to problems.
