Be more open to having those difficult conversations to keep all staff accountable

When students accepted challenge and learned new material. Very good peers. Good events/celebrations.

Health insurance was terrible, Pay was not worth the stress. Zero work/life balance. Support from admin during incidents was slim to none. Any consequences enforced were laughed at and ignored before being reversed less than a month later.
