Pros
Wacker is loyal to its hourly workforce. Despite a significant production disruption there have been no layoffs. If your goal is to be a great operator with excellent job security this is a good place for you. If you are a professional with a desire to grow with a good company, this place probably isn't for you.
Cons
Executive management does not support first line and middle management. They like to find scapegoats among those groups. Communication is poor, intentionally. If things are only inferred, not explicitly stated executives feel they have an excuse to go back on their word.
