      free health benefits, quick advancemnt if you are competent, Top level of management is more considerate of the employee then any other company I have worked for in the past.

      Cons

      Can be demanding in the hours at times which is really the only con that i could think of at this point.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
