      Pros

      Free insurance, not much other than that

      Cons

      Wachter is very much a "good ole boys club". The long term management only care bout their bonuses and don't care if they overwork their employees to get it. If your not into sports most management won't give you the time of day. There are new people and "lifers". no in between because people don't stay. This used to be a good company but the new CEO has run it into the ground with his boys club attitude.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
