      Pros

      Great pay, Great benefits, Great hours. Traveling, if you are into that type of thing. Job sites are always climate controlled (for me at least).

      Cons

      Hectic work environment, must be adaptable and look into the future a week to keep job moving smooth, as the PM's juggle a lot of jobsites.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
