      Some of the employees are okay...

      Cons

      No vacation time first year. Very bad leadership at the local, and national level. Horrible office space. No work and home balance. Horrible benefits... If I could give no ratings I would.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
