      Pros

      They work with large retailers like Wal-Mart and Amazon, this gets you the ability to work with very large Lan systems. They do camera, security, and network cabling.

      Cons

      They make you travel nation wide but they do not pay for you to go home except 1 or twice a year. This is a big turn off for people with children and close family.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
