Pros
With the sheer amount of work that needs to be done, and the constant understaffing it is a great place to get hands-on experience with equipment and technology. Benefits are okay, but not overwhelming. I'm treated fairly, but only because I'm needed. Never missed a paycheck and the company is in great financial position. No threats of going bankrupt or not getting paid on time.
Cons
Wachter treats it's employees like their expendable cogs. You're expected to sell your soul to them and given very little in return. There is never an end for work and very little break between fixing one problem and going on to the next. Unless you're in a money making department, management looks at you as if you're a free-loader. Very difficult to stay loyal to this company, and I would have a hard time recommending it as a place to work unless you're unemployed and need the money.
