      Digital mine business has lots of interest from customers

      Cons

      Politics Back stabbing between teams Silos No systems and process in place. Org runs like a garage shop Lack of professionalism Meetings goes tangential No accountability and ownership Middle management is very poor with no progressive mindset and stuck to old world

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
