      It's a job I guess.

      Cons

      Everything about this place is horrible. Management will lie to your face even when caught in the lie. Most Management is high on coke most of the time. Will be forced to work every Saturday no exception. DO NOT WORK THERE.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
