      Pros

      Pay is good for area. Benefits are better than most.

      Cons

      As a new employee pay structure isn't acceptable. Legacy employees took less than two years to reach max rate. Now that takes ten years. If this is truly a union this must be changed. This company has many family's that have generations who have worked here must stick up for the next.

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Cons

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
