Lacking visioin - Anonymous employee Wabtec Employee Review

Lacking in a clear vision and direction for this Wabtec division. It seems that Wabtec corporate isn't necessarily being transparent with their plans for MotivePower. This lack of transparency has caused a moral issue and good employees to seek a more stable work place.
