      Good health insurance and company matched 401k.

      Cons

      Don't want to hire new employees at a competitive wage. Require overtime to meet demands instead of hiring more employees. Used to feel like working for a smaller company but lost that sometime ago.

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
