      Strong history. Was a good collection of subsidiaries. Was on its way to forging a strong new culture.

      Cons

      Disregard of employee concerns. Forcing a vaccine mandate, but not taking responsibilityfor ANY potential long term effects. Going full woke. ESG trumps long-term viability of company.

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
