      many customers and difference products to work with Plenty of industrial challenges

      Cons

      many different "smaller" company patch together, it does not feel as one so it's difficult to navigate between the different sister companies

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
