      There are extreme politics being played, to the extent that the daily job is purely to play politics. People who don't have any knowledge are designated as experts. Cajoling your boss is the culture.

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
