      Old school type of work... so is good to learn

      A lot of them which can’t be explained, Top of the list is upper level management has no clue of what they have to do and what they are doing.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
