      Not easy to find any. Some good colleagues. Reasonable pay.

      Cons

      Poor communications from office to shop floor staff. Poor atmosphere and handling of situation when looking to make staff redundant.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
