Senior management often make wrong decisions without consulting the people who understand the product. The pay is lower than similar roles, and certain manager are simply not willing to negotiate a pay rise, where as some are. People joining the company with less responsibility and knowledge, on more money is a kick in the teeth. The conpany is very very very disorganised.
