      Trains are cool to work on and occasional travel perks are nice.

      Cons

      The company is extremely disorganized, even the smallest possible task turns into mission impossible, and the pay is not very competitive for the area.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
