      Allowed to work from home. Equal working environment. Very happy to work over there for 8 years. highly recommended.

      Cons

      As a support person, you need to on call in 24 hours. However that's the job to be. Few calls in my working experiences for supporting the clients.

      Great Company, lots of room to grow as long as you are willing to move or travel. specailly in the field.

      Cons

      Depending on loaction, some roles have very limited growth. places with strong presence like Ft Worth, Erie, Grove City, Chicago or Pittsburg have more opportunities
