Pros
The staff as a whole is great. The jobs offer the opportunity to travel a lot. They give young people and foreigners a chance to join a French company and evolve. I learn a lot about the industry and the job of sales thanks to my manager and my whole team.
Cons
The company doesn't really have a clear strategy and is always working like a start-up. The quality of the service must be improved instead of changing strategy to adapt to the market every time the company faces difficulties. Not much stability as result for the employees. A lot of turnovers but great people joined every time.
