Pros

Monday thru Friday no weekends and holidays paid.

Cons

Low information Management teams. No common sense, no vision and planning is ridiculous. Strong educated people are shunned in favor of low information types. An employee with a masters in HR and experience with a large corporation was place in a loan supervisory position when she had no loan experience, then they berated her for being stupid about loans! 2 weeks later HR hired someone with no education or experience in HR for their dept. (instead of a employee with a masters in HR who wanted the job.) The didn't want any educated HR people it seems.

Pros

Primarily remote work. Decent PTO after the 4th year.

Cons

Limited staffing and limiting overtime opportunities until the bitter end of potentially missing deadlines, which you are guilted into working. 2% "raise" every January and ZERO merit raises. Gutted profit sharing and profitability bonuses over time. Most recent bonus, which is tied to net profit after dividends, was given a result when the scale was never published. All previous bonuses had a floor-to-ceiling profit scale that showed the targets months in advance of the end of the bonus period.
