Pros

- No weekend hours - 40 hours guaranteed - Competitive 401(k) match - Friendly co-workers (mostly)

Cons

- Lack of training in all positions - All branch positions are reviewed as CSR/tellers in addition to the jobs they are hired to do - Lack of opportunity for non-entry level positions in a branch - Ineffective upper management - LOW pay. Many employees have been there forever (or are part of mergers) and are content doing everything the hard way. Prepare to have more work dumped on you as your reward for hard work, even jobs that have nothing to do with your title. No efficiency at the top which trickles down to the branches.

Pros

Primarily remote work. Decent PTO after the 4th year.

Cons

Limited staffing and limiting overtime opportunities until the bitter end of potentially missing deadlines, which you are guilted into working. 2% "raise" every January and ZERO merit raises. Gutted profit sharing and profitability bonuses over time. Most recent bonus, which is tied to net profit after dividends, was given a result when the scale was never published. All previous bonuses had a floor-to-ceiling profit scale that showed the targets months in advance of the end of the bonus period.
