There are so many pros when working for Wafd Bank. They offer an amazing total comp package that includes competitive pay and generous benefits. Wafd Bank continues to pay a very large percentage of our insurance premiums. You won’t find another 401K plan like Wafd Banks’s either. Once eligible, they offer a match of up to 4% that is awarded every pay period and a profit sharing contribution at the end of the calendar year. Historically that amount has been 7% as approved by our board. There are many career growth opportunities across all departments. I cannot wait to see the continued success of Wafd Bank!
