New CEO Bret is super nice, good lookin and a joy! His buddy, and our Marketing Guru Brad, is the best!! Our dynamic duo totally changed my opinion of my job at Wafd. They were the first to announce employees making less than $100k all got a 5% raise on top of our normal raise, minutes after the new tax bill was was signed. (Not like other companies that just gave a one time bonus.) We get to keep our increase, year after year. Thanks guys!! Plus job training is coming back. We used to feel like you would ring every drop out of us, if it killed us.... who cared....now it feels different, hopeful, the future looks bright at MY COMPANY!
