- Middle management and upper management are very approachable - lots of support - Great colleagues - no day is the same and you learn a lot of skills - great training - holiday allowance is great due to late meetings - fun events

- the job can be very tough dealing with angry callers over things that are not under your control (like clamping or annoying neighbours) - thankless job sometimes - late residents committee meetings are a drain

Good staff moral very supportive to each other, and new staff members. Give good training, good bonding outside work. 4pm finish on Fridays.

Can have some difficult demanding unrealistic clients. Dealing with people with some serious issues with developments bought in boom only coming out now, often blame you when it’s nothing to do with Managing agents. Your dealing with people’s homes or investments so it’s personal to them. Often have to deal with nutters.
