      Pros

      The company seems good to start. They have a nice office and they seem pretty nice. They have a pretty respectable client list as well.

      Cons

      Once you get in you will find a place that thrives on micromanagement and distrust of their employees and contractors. They are so concerned about revenue they don't have any concern about a work-life balance, they just want to squeeze out every bit of revenue for the owners. There is talk of bonuses or going to cool trade shows as a reward but there is no structure to this and end up being empty promises. I would not recommend going to work at Wynedge.

      Pros

      WynEdge truly believes the best way to gain business is through relationships and doing what is right. I've never felt as supported as I have since coming here. The generosity and sincerity with every interaction made it an enjoyable and a very comfortable environment. The talent was incredible with tenured software professionals.

      Cons

      I did not have any cons in my experience.

      Pros

      I worked for WynEdge on some contracts full-time and got a fair variety of jobs. The companies I worked for ranged from very good to pretty clueless.

      Cons

      Once your contract on any particular job runs out don't count on getting another one or even having your phone calls answered or returned. Also, the compensation rate is pretty pathetic given what they charge their clients for your services. They do nothing but place you and take 60-70% of the fee they charge.
