      They were patient with you, and knew how to get you started from zero experience.

      Cons

      Some cases I spent just as much time traveling to my client as I did actually with the client.

      Pros

      You get to have good rapport with your clients and help out with their autistic spectrum needs with the programs provided to them. For full time, you get a well deserved and reasonable pay. Your benefits kicks in after a 6 months of probationary work (like how all full time positions are). The CEO and staff are a wonderful and family oriented group environment for their employees and families.
