WTS is unlike any other agency I've ever worked with! The managers are very involved with the team, super encouraging, and work with you to help you grow and learn. They really do want to see your successes, and will help you along the way any way they can. Relaxed environment, no stress, no drama! They treat you like an adult and allow you to grow and shine. It's such a breath of fresh air!

There is absolutely nothing I'd say that makes this place a con.

Something they can definitely improve on is, on the job training. Definitely a company for senior personnel, not really for first timers.
