      I’m grateful for the growth I experienced along with having the opportunity to get to know some very solid people who were professional and passionate on & off camera.

      Cons

      If only the culture would have been more open and inviting.

      Pros

      Reporter, digital content producers, and some very hard (underpaid) employees behind the scenes really care about news and being of service to the community.

      Cons

      Director and upper management are racist, ignorant, manipulative, and downright awful to employees. Furthermore, digital content producers are undervalued, talked down to, one of the lowest paid, but do the most work.
