      Guter umgang miteinander. Hilfsbereitschaft. Gute Laune.Gemeisame unternehmungen. Positives Denken und handeln. Kompromisse,Zuverlässigkeit,angagmonn, standhaft bleiben und durchhalten wenn es schwer wird.

      Cons

      Schlechtes Arbeitsklima. Petzen und tuscheln über die anderen. Unzuverlässigkeit,nicht einander helfen. Immer nur schimpfen wenn man was falsch gemacht hat.

      Pros

      Flexible, fun, engaged, great training and support. WTLS offered me a number of opportunities to work in the radio/sports broadcasting field and it was a great experience.

      Cons

      None other than the usual working in radio, but you know that getting into it.
