Pros

There are cool projects and sometimes you get to work with really interesting people outside the industry. They also have an EAP because the firm will give you a ton of unecessary stress.

Cons

Experience depends on the team you're in. If you're in a smaller team/ office and are a high performer, good luck getting a promotion as they'd try to slow your progression to keep the others happy. You can hit the KPIs, but the director and HR would team up against you instead of support you. Also, as a high performer, others may be threatened by you and try to bully or amplify your minor mistakes to decrease the confidence level of people around you even if you're simply human, make mistakes, and good at doing your job. The firm claims it has a flat structure, but it really isn't. It wants to grow, but it's unsustainable, and that affects my peers' well-being. If you're joining the company, be friends with the directors. Also, maybe lose some of your sense of integrity. That's how you'll get ahead in this company. I can't do that, so I left.

Pros

Decent C-level management, high professionalism toward clients.

Cons

Lack of professionalism internally (particularly with HR and in one-on-one interactions), severe underpayment of employees despite years of service to company, lack of support and oversight for lower level employees, and some promotions of employees are based on likability, not performance.
