Pros
Its the number one watched station in the city...and the staple of aggressive news in the country. A job here is FABULOUS on your resume. The General Manager kept morale high when the country was in a recession. It was the only station in the market that kept old equipment to avoid layoffs.
Cons
Not a family unit. There are cliques here and there...but no feeling of family. You do as you are told, despite whether you are right. Your opinion may not be valued unless you are in certain important cliques. Mistakes are NOT learning experiences. You should be on point every second with 0% mistakes. Lots of blaming and no accountability. Its rare to see someone respect and/or accept another opinion.
