      Pros

      small company so not to much red tape to go through to get things done.

      Cons

      boys club aka clique mentality ... if you haven't been made part of the clique which is extremely exclusive you can pretty much consider it a dead end job. No advancement, raise, perks etc... tons of ego from programming dir. on down.
