Pros

1-If you are looking for a call center remote job as a contactor this would be the place to apply. 2-Easy application process 3-Constant support during your working hours 4-Select your own working hours 5- Paid twice a month

Cons

No benefits, but you have the options to write off some of your household expenses when you file your taxes since you work from your home. (light, gas, phone & internet etc..)

Pros

The best part about WSOL is being able to work from home and make your own schedule based on when you are available to work. If you have doctor appointments this week, maybe working evenings will work out best. If you have kids in school, maybe you want to work while they are in school and have your evenings free. You can make your schedule work for you week to week. No commuting, no sitting in traffic, no filling up the gas tank constantly!

Cons

Because you work at home, there will always be distractions from pets, family members, people coming to the front door. You have to schedule to work when there is a quiet atmosphere and not alot of background noise. You need to keep a copy of your schedule and work the hours that you have taken and be conscientious. You are essentially your own boss, and signing in to work on time and working when you sign up to work is very important. There aren't many cons to this job, but there are no paid vacation days or compehensive benefits. Also if you are a people person, you may miss being with other people. I am just fine working with "virtual" colleagues, so it doesn't bother me at all.
