      If you have a passion for the industry then you get to pursue your passion. That's about it

      Cons

      Toxic toxic toxic management. The News Director and second in command. One spends more time talking about people behind their back than doing her job. They think they own you and will make sure you have no personal life. Completely disorganized. No rhyme or reason to the crazy decisions that the news director makes. So lower level staff just talk behind his back about the terrible decisions. And lastly NO COMPASSION for employees
