They are a great company to work for with great benefit packages and decent salaries. There are a lot of talented people who work within this company and their prospects for the future are looking very bright.
Cons
The major downside to working for them is the opportunities for advancement can be difficult to come by and time seems to be a major factor in working your way towards the top.
