I started working with WRS as an intern 10 years ago. I was guided by my manager which lead me to where I am today. She has been a wonderful mentor. Being able to see how Dr Gordon and the team have worked together to improve the overall company has been a great experience.
Everyone is collaborative and goes towards the goals. POs are really friendly, making the job a bit easier in the company
Cons
Too many changes in mid-sprint, focus on AI is a bit on the blurry side, resources laid off because they want to focus resources to be in the development of AI (which is a bit on the blurry side of things)
