      Friendly people Fantastic office & location Use of a company laptop Christmas office closure Good with starting late/finishing early for the odd appointment

      Cons

      Unprofessional HR department Very regular staff shake-ups Minimal training and progression opportunities (depending on department) No real benefits - the Health care is not an adequate pro, I doubt anyone uses it Very cliquey and gossipy Expect to work long hours for no reward - you need to suit the agency life

      Cons

      Lack of management support. Lack of training Childish behavior / management talking about other employees to employees. Low compensation Poor moral High turnover Team in UK has preferred treatment over USA based teams.
