      Agency with a great reputation. Known as very creative. Was growing fast in the industry at the time.

      Cons

      Very poor logistics department. Constant change of vision and goals. High turnover of people around that time.

      Lack of management support. Lack of training Childish behavior / management talking about other employees to employees. Low compensation Poor moral High turnover Team in UK has preferred treatment over USA based teams.
