Pros
Good people, good friendships formed. My immediate supervisor was a decent man (but had restrictions due to upper management).
Cons
Pay is low. Frequent raise freezes. Raises (when you get them) are low. Examples...25 cents is generous. Very small company yet, upper management may never learn your name. Ever. Why? Because you aren't important. And in the grand scheme of things, you do not matter. Budget cuts often leave you shorthanded and doing the jobs of other people. They never seem to be in a hurry to hire to replace those that leave...and for obvious reasons..people often leave.
