Pros
It's an older company in a conservative industry, but it is starting to make necessary changes and work toward innovative solutions to thrive. Helpful friendly coworkers. Easy access to senior leaders. The buildings and work environments are being upgraded.
Cons
There are still some silos between departments and territorialism, but that is decreasing. Our government contracts mandate a lot of security that can be frustrating at times.
