      Pay is good Health insurance is really great, though not a ton of flexibility in terms of doctors Alternate Work Schedules allow for more flexibility in terms of work/life balance

      Cons

      Very limited flexibility in management decisions because of union contract Union is a joke, never helpful when needed Promotions are limited

      Pros

      When I started here, I was in the help desk. Manager was great to work for, was supportive of my professional development, helped me learn other skills beyond help desk. Pay was above average for the industry. Wiki was well done, didn't have to learn 'tribal' knowledge. I had the ability to move up into other departments if I wanted and advance my career.

      The health insurance could have been better.
